Resolved - We were able to develop a work-around for an existing Chrome bug - at this time using Google Chrome to generate and render your CMS-1500 forms should again function as expected.

Identified - We've identified a bug within some of the later versions of the Chrome browser that affect rendering CMS-1500 PDFs. While we work to produce a work-around we urge all users to stop using Chrome for this function and use a different browser (Firefox/IE (Edge)) in the meantime.

Resolved - We've resolved the issue causing intermittent graph embedding to fail within notes when editing/auto-saving. Any notes affected can be re-opened and have the graph re-inserted as needed.

Identified - We've identified and are in the process of resolving an issues that may have intermittently affected notes which contain graph images. This issue was only noticed when editing existing notes and the auto-save feature was being kicked off (which happens after a minute or so of having an existing note open). Under these circumstances some of the embedded graphs would not have saved correctly, however the content of the note was not affected.

Monitoring - We've applied our queue increase and are monitoring the update before resolving the issue. We should have invoice PDF's generating again momentarily.

Identified - We've identified, and are in the process of resolving an issue that is causing invoices PDF generation to intermittently fail. We've temporarily disabled the generation process to allow us to increase some queuing limits.
